Easy Peasy Potato Soup

This soup is easy to make and delicious, a great combination!!  My cousin shared this recipe with me and said she wouldn't mind if I passed it along.  She makes it in a slow cooker, I tried the stove.

Potato soup (super easy)

Combine:

Diced potatoes 3 cups
small diced onion
can of cream of chicken soup
4 cups of chicken broth
salt and pepper
One hour before serving add one 8oz cream cheese
15 minutes before serving add 1 cup cheddar cheese,and 1 cup sour cream

Upon serving top off with bacon bits
